    CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    Bryton dreamed of creating a company as impactful and disruptive as Tesla, but with a culture where people are the most important asset and values aren't just words on a website. He has a Ph.D. in magnetic gears, 8 pending patents, and 11 published papers, but has generally stepped back from technology and fully embraced his leadership role as FluxWorks Founder and CEO. In his free time, Bryton enjoys drumming, rock climbing, and spending time with his smokin’ hot wife.

  • Craig Newman, P.E., is FluxWorks' chief engineer

    CHIEF ENGINEER

    Craig jumped aboard the FluxWorks Powertrain from an established platform of global product support, research, and product development within the Oil & Gas industry. He has 13 years of experience in engineering and project management and has been working with magnetic gears for 5 years. Craig is a husband and father — he doesn’t have free time.

  • Kyle Maier

    PLANNING & EXECUTION MANAGER

    Kyle Maier has 13 years in engineering, product management, and manufacturing. His expertise extends across a diverse range of industries, including pressure control, downhole tools, consumer trailers, and valve automation. Throughout his career, Kyle has fostered a deep passion for entrepreneurship, and starting a company has long been a dream of his. Being a part of a small business environment at FluxWorks fuels his professional enthusiasm and provides an environment that is both thrilling and rewarding. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys embarking on adventures to explore the vast and diverse landscapes of Texas with his wife and two kids.

  • Jaclyn McJunkin is the Project Coordinator and Director of Engagement for FluxWorks.

    PROJECT COORDINATOR & DIRECTOR OF ENGAGEMENT

    Jaclyn boards the FluxWorks Powertrain after a short stint as a Project Specialist at TEEX while completing her Master of Public Service and Administration at Texas A&M. Throughout her varied career Jaclyn has been a Spanish Teacher, an Airborne Army Psychological Operations Analyst, and an Executive Assistant at the Texas Workforce Commission. She is thrilled to join FluxWorks to work side by side a team who are committed to clean technology, sustainability, and a people first workplace culture. When not working, Jaclyn enjoys being awestruck in new cities and prefers to make travel memories of delicious foods instead of souvenirs.

    Lainey was searching for a workplace with awesome people, a relational atmosphere, and fun culture. When she joined Team Fluxy, it was a perfect match! Lainey has 5 years of customer service and administrative experience. She enjoys outdoor activities, live music, and spending time with her husband, Kase, and their dog, Bailey.

    Thomas joined the FluxWorks Powertrain from a background in Well Control Equipment and Fluid Power. He has 6 years of engineering experience, and joined the FluxWorks team to be a part of the exciting innovation and great culture that FluxWorks has built. In his free time Thomas enjoys traveling with his wife and buying new guitars, but not playing them because he’s too busy.

    Marianela closely followed FluxWorks's accomplishments during her studies at Texas A&M University. After completing her degree in Mechanical Engineering, she boarded the Powertrain, bringing previous work experience in test facilities. Marianela thrives on designing and being part of exciting innovation, and in her free time enjoys embarking on adventures with her husband.

    GRADUATE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

    Thomas joined Team FluxWorks immediately following his graduation from Texas A&M University in order to continue pursuing his undergraduate research on magnetic gears. Thomas excels in programming and automation. In his free time, he enjoys playing board games and ultimate frisbee.

    Brad joined the FluxWorks team after graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Ocean Engineering and while pursuing a master's in mechanical engineering. He enjoys mixing his passion for hands on engineering solutions with his previous work experience from testing facilities and research and development laboratory environments. He is a proud fan of LEGO and loves going on adventures with his wife and two dogs.

    Bringing her expertise from Texas A&M's accounting realm, Rebecca is our go-to person for ensuring financial precision within our tech small business. With a passion for accuracy and a knack for detail, she safeguards our assets and keeps us compliant.

    When she's not auditing, you'll find Rebecca hitting the trails, embracing her love for running and the great outdoors. This same dedication fuels her work ethic, infusing each audit with a fresh perspective and unwavering commitment.

  • Hayden Sipple

    CONTROL SYSTEMS ENGINEER

    Hayden is a driven individual with a passion for engineering technology that is meaningful and can positively impact society who recently joined FluxWorks to contribute to their groundbreaking projects. Currently he is pursuing a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at Texas A&M University with a love for making things spin. Beyond his professional pursuits, Hayden finds joy in exploring U.S. national parks and plans to visit them all, he is currently on 12/63. Additionally, he indulges in the arts, including painting, printmaking, and trying to make the perfect latte during his leisure time. In the least cliche way he also has a written out bucket list.
